We make monthly payouts via Check.
When do affiliates get paid?
We will pay out commissions monthly, with payments processed during the third week of each month for referral sales that are at least 45 days old. For example, if a payout is being processed on March 15, 2023, it will include all referral sales made on or before January 31, 2023.
How are the sales tracked?
All sales are tracked using our CRM software and are directly tied to the name of the person who submitted the referral.
We are currently working on an app that will allow you to track all of your referrals but it is not yet ready. We will notify you once it's ready to use.
How can I track my earnings?
Unfortunately we don't have a dashboard visible to our affiliates yet, but we are working on creating one right now. This will offer a real-time affiliate dashboard where you can track all your referrals, conversions, earnings and next payouts. IT will also provide you with Tools to help you promote and market your own referral link.
Can I sign up using my own referral link?
No. Affiliates are not allowed to buy through their own affiliate link. The aim of our affiliate program is very simple, which is to encourage partners to spread the word about our products and earn commissions for doing so, rather than offering discounts for their own purchase.
Are there any restrictions on how I can market?
The ideal way to promote is by offering genuine recommendations of the product. We recommend promoting it via email, social media, and so on.
